Bonsai is provided for lawful purposes only. You may not use the platform to conduct illegal activities, harm third parties, or circumvent security controls. You are responsible for all actions taken by agents you configure.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data, agent configurations, and outputs you create. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data in order to operate the platform.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonsai and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
