Section titled “1. Information We Collect”We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password hash), configuration data for the agents you set up, and operational logs generated during agent runs. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
Section titled “2. How We Use Your Information”Your data is used solely to operate the Bonsai platform — authenticating users, running agents, persisting results, and providing usage analytics within your own workspace.
3. Data Retention
Section titled “3. Data Retention”Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. Agent run logs are kept for 90 days by default.
4. Security
Section titled “4. Security”Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. API keys and secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. TLS is required in production deployments.
