Your organisation

An organisation is a workspace: its own agents, tasks, projects and members. Organisations belong to your company’s account, which holds the plan.

Role Can
OWNER Everything below, plus: change members’ roles and remove members, manage organisation settings and API keys, edit and clone agents, delete the organisation
MEMBER Create and run agents, tasks, projects, goals and routines; approve or reject agent requests
VIEWER Read everything; cannot change anything or decide approvals

Adding people. New users are created and invited by your platform administrator — ask them to add a colleague and with which role. The invitation email lets the new user choose a password and set up MFA.

Changing a role or removing someone. Owners can do this from Settings → Members. A removed member loses access to the organisation immediately.

Your account’s plan sets what all its organisations can use together. Each license of the plan adds its limits again — two Starter licenses give 2 users, 2 organisations, and so on.

Per license Starter Professional Enterprise
Users 1 10 20
Organisations 1 1 2
Goals per organisation 1 5 10
Routines per organisation 1 2 5
Models up to Haiku up to Sonnet up to Opus
  • Where to see it. Owners see a Plan card on the Dashboard: the plan and number of licenses, users and organisations used against the limits, this organisation’s goals and routines, the model level and the tokens used this month.
  • When a limit is reached, the action is refused with a message such as “Your Starter plan allows 1 goals per organization (1 used). Contact your administrator to upgrade or add a license.” Nothing already created is removed.
  • Models. The model level applies to every AI provider: Anthropic Haiku / Sonnet / Opus, and the equivalent OpenAI and Google models. Choosing a model above your plan is refused; if an agent has no model set, runs use the best model your plan allows. Local models (Ollama, LM Studio) aren’t limited.
  • Templates create as many goals and routines as your plan still allows and skip the rest.

To upgrade or add a license, contact your administrator.

The Organizations page lists the organisations you belong to. Switch between them there or with the switcher at the top of the sidebar.

  • Create — enter a name and optionally a template; the organisation is added to your company’s account (subject to the plan’s organisation limit).
  • Export / Import — export an organisation as a template (agents, goals, teams…) and import it as a new organisation.
  • Two-factor authentication is required for every user and cannot be turned off.
  • Lost your phone? On the MFA step of sign-in, enter one of the recovery codes you saved at setup instead of the 6-digit code. Each recovery code works once.
  • New phone or authenticator app? Go to Profile → Two-factor authentication → Re-register authenticator, confirm with a current code, and scan the new QR code.
  • Single sign-on. If your company has SSO enabled, use Sign in with SSO on the login page. It signs in existing users; your administrator still creates your user first.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the login page to receive a reset link.

Create tokens for scripts from Profile → Personal access tokens. A token acts as you, with your roles, in every organisation you belong to, until you revoke it. It’s shown once — copy it immediately. See the API Reference.

Owners can create organisation API keys from Settings → API keys for integrations and CI/CD. A key works for one organisation only and acts with the MEMBER role. It’s shown once at creation and can be revoked at any time.

The Inbox collects notifications for the organisation: approval requests, budget alerts, task results and agent errors. The badge in the sidebar shows unread items.

If your company’s account is suspended, you can still sign in, but opening its organisations shows “This account has been suspended. Contact your platform administrator.”
